What To Expect
During your initial consultation, you will be taken through a thorough assessment of past health concerns, current lifestyle habits, an in-depth nutrition analysis, and an overview of current symptoms. Afterward, you will be given a customized protocol that will include a meal plan, in addition to nutrition guidelines, and a full recommended action plan addressing lifestyle that will include movement, stress management, sleep, self-care, hydration, toxic load and if necessary suggested supplements. During your follow-ups, you will begin to dive deeper into the root cause of your symptoms, make changes to the plan, review your progress and continue to work towards your health goals. You will have support via email to ask questions, provide logs and receive feedback between the follow-up calls.
